Unassembled merchandise should be returned in the factory sealed carton, within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. All other merchandise returned within the 14-day period is subject to a 10% restocking charge. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns without sales receipt.
If paid by check or cash, a refund check will be mailed to you within 21 days. Payment by bankcard can be credited immediately.
We regret we cannot accept returns of mattresses; items purchased "As-Is", on Special Sale, Futons, Special Order Merchandise or items damaged after leaving the store.
