What is your Staff Pick for the month?
The Mirak Sectional.
Why?
I love the clean lines, tufted seating, and the fact that it comes with an ottoman (at no extra cost!) that will convert the whole sectional into a lounge. The Mirak is completely custom orderable and all the fabrics are one low price, so you won't break the bank. The Mirak has so many fun fabric options to custom order from that the possibilities are endless when creating your living space.
What 's hot in the Plummers stores now?
I'm not sure there is "one" hot item in the stores right now, but I'm seeing functionality as the trend. People want furniture that not only looks great, but is also practical and functional in their homes. That's what Plummers does so well. We always focus on the good design that's functional.
What other items do you see as "current" that would you like to suggest to customers?
I would suggest that customers also check out some of our classic items. The Adria 2-piece sectional has been a customer favorite for some time. It has a great low profile design with clean lines, deep seated cushions and superb tailoring. We've covered it in a white "Butterfly" microfiber. It's silky soft and super easy to clean. Any dirt or soiling on the surface is easily wiped away, making it the perfect choice for durability. You can also choose from a wide selection of microfibers and leather colors. Another item which is a big hit in the stores is our new Capri bookcases. They come in white or black melamine, in two sizes. You can combine them to make a great display/library wall. And they're at a great price.
